        "description": "Construction of skate facility\nThe purpose of this section is to outline the required performance criteria and specification of structural works for Cleethorpes Pier Gardens skatepark and to detail concrete types and requirements. For bespoke and structural items not covered in this document, specification notes on the relevant Skatepark Designer\u0027s, Engineer\u0027s or other consultant\u0027s drawings are to be read in conjunction with those outlined in this document.\nShould any conflict arise between the specified information, clarity and approval should be sought from the relevant parties prior to construction.\nGeneral\n1. Do not scale from the drawings. The Contractor is to check all dimensions on site before carrying out works.\n2. This specification is to be read in conjunction with all other consultants\u0027 and contractors\u0027 drawings and specifications, which should be used to verify layout, setting out, finishes etc.\nAny discrepancies are to be brought to the attention of The Skatepark designer and the Engineer prior to construction.\n3. Where notes in the specification differ from the drawings and details, clarification should be sought from the Skatepark Designer / Engineer.\n4. The Skatepark Designer/Engineer should be informed if the site conditions or existing park fabric is inadequate or unsuitable to support the proposed works or differ from the details shown on the drawings.\n5. Items noted on the drawings \"to be confirmed on site\" are to be exposed by the constructors for inspection by / communication to the Skatepark Designer / Engineer at the earliest opportunity.\n6. This specification and design use Eurocodes, British Standards, Specification for Highway Work and other design guidance of the current best practice. All Contractor design using loads from the Skatepark Designer / Engineer\u0027s design is to be similarly compliant with any associated codes unless agreed otherwise in writing and use updated Standards where applicable.",
