The appropriate lifetime value of the contract is \u00a3290,000 The contract will be provisioned from 01/06/2025 till 31/08/2026. Award criteria All five PSR Key Criteria have been evaluated and documented internally. Justification for Direct Award under Procedure C: \u2022 The provider is the current incumbent and has delivered the service to a high standard. \u2022 Their service is fully integrated into the patient care pathway. \u2022 The service has been demonstrated to be value for money. \u2022 No alternative provider is likely to offer better outcomes on quality, value, or integration. \u2022 All five PSR Key Criteria have been evaluated and documented internally. \u2022 Samples cannot be moved Award of a contract without prior publication of a call for competition in the cases listed below The procurement falls outside the scope of application of the regulations - Public Contracts Regulations 2015/Procurement Act 2023.
