There is scope for this work to be carried out during normal school operating hours.\nCompletion of works:\n\tFriday 31st October 2025\nUnlike areas which impact directly on the delivery of education, there is scope for the Reception works to be carried out during term time however this must be completed by the end of the Autumn Term One.\n______________________________________________________\t\nCommencement of works:\nPhase 3 - Heating Distribution and internal works\tMonday 5th January 2026\nWorks during term time will be discussed and agreed with the Headteacher as there should be minimal impact on education delivery.\nCompletion of works\n\tFriday 28th August 2026\nAll heating and water systems should be operational and remedial decoration works completed in readiness for the start of the 2026 academic year.\nAll contractors MUST visit site prior to submitting their proposal.
