Framework for medium to large-scale civil engineering and building work associated with the construction, refurbishment, repair, maintenance and improvement of existing and new electricity substation sites primarily within National Grid's Electricity Transmission Networks. The Project Civils Framework typically, but not exclusively covers construction, modification or alteration to buildings, foundations, fencing, roofing, noise enclosures, interceptors, drainage, sewage treatment plants, roads and cable ducts at National Grid Substations and other non-operational sites owned by National Grid or for which National Grid has maintenance responsibilities.
