The total annual value of the 4-year framework is anticipated to be between \u00a31.2M to \u00a32M per annum which is dependent on annual government funding and funding rollovers from previous years, this figure is aggregated across all Lots and contractors. There are 4 separate Lots. Each Lot can have a maximum of five contractors awarded framework supplier status determined by the highest five bidders for each lot.\nLots are:\n\u2022 Lot 1 - Bathroom Works (Up to 5 contractors).\n\u2022 Lot 2 - Internal Works and Access (Up to 5 contractors).\n\u2022 Lot 3 - External Works and Access (Up to 5 contractors).\n\u2022 Lot 4 - Heating Works (Up to 5 contractors).\nExpressions of interest and to view tender documents open until Thursday 26th June with a tender deadline date of Friday 11th July 2025 12 noon",
