    "description": "Business Northumberland wishes to appoint a business support supplier that can provide a pool of Technical Specialists relevant to the field of in work support, staff retention and skills.\nThe successful supplier will:\n\u2022\tEngage with employers, targeting those who have difficulty retaining their workforce, to develop a pipeline of clients.\n\u2022\tProvide advice and guidance to those employers on a 121 basis.\n\u2022\tDevelop and deliver a series of workshops focused on relevant themes to those employers.\n\u2022\tSuccessfully evidence the contracted outputs as required by the funding.\nEmployers of all sizes based within the North of Tyne region will be eligible to be supported through this programme of work.\nTo effectively meet the needs of this opportunity, the pool of Technical Specialists will be able to address the retention challenges faced by employers, which are expected to encompass the following areas:\n\u2022\tAccessibility\n\u2022\tDispute Resolution\n\u2022\tTraining Recruitment and Skills\n\u2022\tBusiness Resilience\n\u2022\tChange Management\n\u2022\tNeurodiversity\n\u2022\tHuman Resources\n\u2022\tCareer Planning\n\u2022\tDigital Skills\n\u2022\tMental Health\nThe total hours of support delivered to each business will be determined by the initial diagnostic, however, this will need to be sufficient to deliver the output target of at least 45 businesses in receipt of between 3 and 12 hours.\nThe successful supplier will be required to adhere to a strict delivery timeline in order to meet the requirements of the funding. The supplier will therefore be required to have suitable resource to commence work immediately upon award.",
