    "description": "This Invitation to Tender (ITT) is issued by WSCC to identify a suitably qualified delivery partner to procure and manage the supply of high quality and competitively priced solar PV and battery storage systems and, potentially, other associated technologies and measures. The chosen delivery partner will market and procure the supply of systems at scale directly to residents and small to medium sized enterprises (SMEs) across Sussex.\nFor the purpose of this Procurement, the term Services is used to describe the full range of Services required.\nIn summary:\nWSCC proposes to appoint a delivery partner (the Delivery Partner) to assist in the delivery of the Scheme. The Delivery Partner will appoint one or more suppliers to deliver solar equipment systems to the residents of the areas of the collaborating authorities.\nThe Delivery Partner shall run competitions or \"auctions\" (approx. one per year) for the appointment of a supplier/s to deliver solar equipment systems to residents. Although we aim to run successive, annual competitions, after the first phase of the Scheme, WSCC shall be under no obligation to require the Delivery Partner to carry out further competitions and the Delivery Partner Contract would effectively come to an end if WSCC did not wish to proceed.",
