The estate will be divided into 2 areas based on local authority boundaries, as follows:-\n1.\tSouth Area - Westmorland and Furness\n2.\tNorth Area - Cumberland\nThe work comprises the provision of building works to properties owned or managed by The Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner \u0026 Cumbria Commissioner Fire and Rescue Authority as set out in the specification of requirements.\nThe work comprises minor and miscellaneous works. Either new works or repairs.",
