The Board Impact and Improvement Programme is a new initiative that takes a whole Board, national approach to capability building in the service of continuous improvement and efficiency. This programme will involve the design and development of an improvement programme for all NHSE Boards which will be tested in year one with full role out nationally in years 2-3. The programme further includes how Boards within systems work together to develop their improvement approach, whether as part of a provider collaborative, ICB footprint, sub-region or region.",
