    "description": "The Authority invites response to this Invitation to Tender (ITT) from suitably qualified suppliers (\u201cSuppliers\u201d) for the provision of a Tenancy Sustainment Support service.\nThe Isle of Wight Council (\u201cthe Authority\u201d) is looking to tender for a Tenancy Sustainment Support service which will provide clients with a history of rough sleeping, or individuals who have been in prison in the last two years, to gain the skills to achieve self-sufficiency and an improved quality of life.\nIt is anticipated that the Authority will require 10 clients to receive packages of bespoke support throughout the life of the contract with scope for additional packages.\nHowever, should additional funding become available, support for additional clients might be required. This will be discussed with the successful supplier.\nThe estimated overall budget for this Tender is \u00a340,000 exc. VAT.\nFor full details of the specification requirements can be found in Specification Document.\nThe contract period is from 14th August 2025 until 13th August 2026.",
