Description

London Borough of Richmond and Wandsworth are committed to reducing their carbon footprint and achieving net zero by 2030. Of considerable importance is reducing the carbon footprint of the operational buildings including the Town Hall campus, Civic Centre campus, office buildings, depots, community halls, libraries, leisure facilities and more. The aim of this procurement is to appoint a separate Multidisciplinary design team for each borough from RIBA stages 2-7 (Lot 1 and Lot 2). Their services will include Architectural, MEP Services, Principal and Lead Designer, Structural and Civil engineering, Contract Administrator and Project Lead. Quantity Surveyor will be procured for both borough’s as Lot 3 and Lot 4.
