Description
This Requirement is for the delivery of an Improvement Action Process (IAP) pilot for a named local authority (LA), using the IAP framework provided by the Scheme Administrator (SA) of Packaging Extended Producer Responsibility (pEPR). The IAs will be evidenced. The LA will agree with the IAs. The identified actions will be agreed with the SA and taken through the governance approval of the LA. The IAP will have milestones, delivery plans with timelines and KPIs. Throughout the requirement, the SA will be provided with updates and discussion on findings at agreed key points in the process, followed by a summary report of findings and resolutions to arising issues during the requirement. The report will clearly outline and provide detail on the findings in carrying out the requirement. The report will be produced in both PDF and HTML formats with editable documents for SA use.
