This should include clear guidance on roles and responsibilities of the council, ICB and NHS Trusts.\nThe guidance will be focused on Section 117 of the Mental Health Act, highlighting how Adult Social Care (ASC) services can work collaboratively with Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) to deliver high-quality, holistic aftercare.
