    "description": "The successful supplier will be required to provide catering services for the Western Learning Federation (Riverbank School and Woodlands School) and Cantonian High School both of which are part of the Fairwater Campus Project, located in Cardiff, Wales. The combined total of schools will be three, with separate contracts needed for each one as part of this tender project.\nThe schools which are outlined below will be moving into the Fairwater Campus, which is currently being built and will be completed in time for January 2026 when Cantonian High School will be moving in.\nThe combined value of the tender project is approximately \u00a3433,000.00 per annum. Please note that this is likely to increase in line with the move to the new building.\nOverview of Western Learning Federation\nThe Western Learning Federation is unique as we are the only special school federation in Wales, made up of Riverbank School, Ty Gwyn School and Woodlands School. The federation brings together three schools - all unique in their own right all working together with shared values and a determination to provide outstanding education to pupils with additional learning needs. Whilst Riverbank, Ty-Gwyn and Woodlands all have their own school visions and identities, there will be a direct link to those of the Western Learning Federation and as such, these school visions must and are considered a part of the vision of the Western Learning Federation.\nPlease note that Ty Gwyn School will not be part of this tender project.\nThe two schools within the Western Learning Federation will be moving into the Fairwater Campus from September 2026 so please note that a catering contract and service will not be required until this point.\nMission Statement\nWorking together to grow, learn and achieve is our mission statement that we originated from Welsh Government vision for schools as learning organisations.
