    "description": "NHS England is running a multi-lot procurement under the Light Touch Regime to identify a supplier(s) capable of delivering PG Certificates in the field of Genomics, one covering Histopathology and the other Haematology. Lot 1 - Histopathology - Maximum budget of \u00a31,591,200 (initial term and optional extensions) Lot 2 - Haematology - Maximum budget of \u00a31,326,000 (initial term and optional extensions) The maximum financial envelope covering both lots is \u00a32,917,200 inclusive of any applicable VAT. The contracts for both lots are anticipated to run for a period of 3 years with each having an optional extension period of up to 24 months, subject to budgetary approval. Suppliers will have the option to bid for both lots. The deadline for submission of completed ITT submissions is 25th July 2025 at 12:00pm (midday). Late submissions will not be accepted therefore, please submit in good time prior to the deadline date and time. All communications should be made via the messaging function on the e-Tendering portal during the tender exercise. The Contracting Authority requests that all communications are channelled through the e-portal system and not with the Contracting Authority itself other than as expressly permitted within this ITT.
