The PCH Workforce team seek a contractor to work alongside council adult social care teams to -\n\u2022 advise on ways to promote equity in experience and outcomes for people who draw on care and support. and/or \n\u2022 to advise on ways to improve employee experience to support retention, productivity and belonging. \nWhile the focus is on planning for improvements, a key aspect of advice will be to strengthen the councils\u2019 confidence and ability to articulate and evidence their many strengths and achievements within these themes. It is expected that the successful contractor will use Diverse by Design for adult social care as the foundation for the advice and support provided.
