Suitability to meet the following requirements will be assessed on a pass/fail basis:\nCore Supplier Information\nExclusions Information\nLegal, Economic and Financial Viability\nTechnical and Professional Ability\nStage 2 - Quality and Price:\nStage 2 will commence by inviting Suppliers that have been successfully shortlisted at Stage 1 to submit their response to quality questions and price. \nStage 2 will assess:\nQuality (60%), Social value (10%) and Price (30%)\nStage 2 will conclude with Suppliers being notified in writing of whether or not they have been successfully shortlisted to participate in Stage 3. \nStage 3 - Presentations:\nStage 3 will commence by inviting Suppliers that have been successfully shortlisted at Stage 2 to prepare and attend a presentation stage.
