    "description": "The London Borough of Waltham Forest is inviting tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to undertake the preparation and delivery of accredited training programme from 1st October 2025. The duration of the  contract would be for 2 years, until 31st  September 2027 with the option to extend for further 1+1 years .\nMulti - Suppliers Contract for the Provision of Social Care Academy (SCA) Adult Training in the London Borough of Waltham Forest. The Authority requires a specific range of mandatory training for staff who care for adults and children in the borough. These staff work for day centres, respite services and care homes. These training courses are mandatory, and the managers maintain a training matrix to evidence that all staff have attended these courses. This matrix is provided to inspectors (OFSTED and CQC). These services cannot continue to run legally without these training courses being offered and undertaken by staff.\nThe Provider shall be required to deliver the most up to date training offered by the appropriate bodies (especially those range of mandatory training for staff who care for adults and children in the borough).",
