    "description": "The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Trust (\u201cthe Authority\u201d) intends to establish a multi-supplier Framework Agreement for Minor Works. For the avoidance of doubt, this Framework Agreement is non-exclusive and non-committal. The Authority does not guarantee any minimum value, volume, or continuity of work under this Framework. Each individual project procured through this Framework will not exceed \u00a3120,000 + VAT. Scope of Works The successful Contractors appointed to the Framework will be responsible for delivering a range of building and mechanical \u0026 electrical (M\u0026E) services, including but not limited to: Building fabric repairs and maintenance General building works (e.g., internal partitions, suspended ceilings, doors, fixtures and fittings) Painting and decorating Electrical works (e.g., small power installations, lighting, low-voltage systems) Mechanical services (e.g., ventilation, plumbing, minor HVAC works) Specialist installations (such as medical gases, nurse call systems) \u2014 which may be instructed under provisional sums, subject to pricing and Trust approval.",
