The contractor has the knowledge, expertise and experience of the legacy systems and can ensure the successful integration and the continuing interoperability between existing systems as well as supporting the decommissioning of the old systems. The project will be phased to support the ongoing services whilst the replacement Identity Access Management System is onboarded.  The contractor has expert knowledge of the existing environment.
