Following advice from the NWSSP Legal and Risk Department during initial re-tendering discussions, it has been noted that a further review of the Terms and Conditions is to take place due to the involvement of multiple contracting authorities. It has been advised that a Memorandum of Understanding is to be created amongst the contracting authorities to ensure clear stipulation of contract responsibilities and liabilities\nThis agreement is to run in line with the current contract term of 01/07/2025-30/06/2026.This 12 month period will allow NWSSP Procurement Services to work closely with the associated parties while review is undertaken by the relevant Legal and Risk colleagues.",
