The contract duration is 12 weeks, starting Monday 11th August 2025 and ending Friday 31st October 2025.\nThe project involves:\nRemoval and disposal of existing bituminous felt roof coverings, associated rooflights, and rainwater goods.\nInstallation of a new built-up waterproofing system, including:\nGutter details.\nReplacement of rainwater goods.\nRooflight replacement, including:\nMaking good around rooflight cheeks.\nInfilling of removed units where applicable.\nAll work must conform to current Building Regulations and manufacturer specifications.\nKey Requirements\nWorks must follow the Perito Building Consultancy Ltd Schedule of Works and The Garland Company (UK) Ltd Proposal Specification.\nDrawings provided include various Safe2Torch detailing, rooflight layouts, and tapered insulation plans.\nAll operatives must hold a valid enhanced DBS check.\nContractor must adhere to JCT 2024 Minor Works Building Contract terms.\nDeliverables\nCompletion of roofing works as per specification.\nProvision of:\nHealth and Safety documentation including Construction Phase Plan.\nBuilding Manual (hard copy and digital) prior to handover.\nAs-built drawings, guarantees, warranties, and maintenance guides.\nInsurance and Safety\nContractor must carry public liability insurance of at least \u00a35 million.\nWorks must comply with CDM Regulations, health and safety laws, and site-specific access and safety protocols.\nSite will remain partially occupied, and normal working hours are 07:30-17:30, Monday to Friday.\nSubmission Requirements\nPriced Schedule of Works and Summary of Costs.\nProposed programme of work.\nHealth and safety risk assessments and policies.\nConfirmation of materials and any proposed product substitutions.",
