It is an integral part of the visitor experience, and this will need to be taken into consideration when undertaking works. However, this will be mitigated by works taking place during the quietest time for footfall of visitors and waterbus journeys.\nThis tender opportunity is being undertaken as a Competitive Flexible procedure, with a two-stage procedure, with an initial selection stage, followed by a further full tender submission.
