    "description": "The overall vision for this work is to equip Agency colleagues with the information and knowledge to make a credible disclosure within the strategy pillar of TCFD.\\r\r\nThe following objectives have been defined for this project:\\r\r\n\u2022\tIdentify scenarios, and pathways within those scenarios, that enable meaningful and credible assessment of climate related risk and resilience over the short, medium and long-term \\r\r\n\u2022\tAssist with the identification and refinement of climate risks and opportunities that could materially affect strategy and financial position, ensuring alignment with the agency\u0027s existing corporate risk reporting mechanisms and the Treasury TCFD requirements\\r\r\n\u2022\tAdvise on the high-level impacts on strategy and financial position and planning for each scenario.\\r\r\n\u2022\tWork with agency colleagues to identify factors and controls that the agency has in place that enable or detract from resilience or opportunity maximisation\\r\r\n\u2022\tAdvise on the further steps needed to fully quantify financial risk",
