Victim Referral and Assessment services, embracing the concept of: One point of local contact for all individuals affected by crime, offering Integrated, specialist; information, care and support pathways to tailored interventions and a range of assessment and support services for adults and young people. Coordination and simplification of access for victims to wider healthcare, social care, and criminal justice processes to holistically improve individual health and well-being, as well as criminal justice outcomes. The West Yorkshire Combined Authority have appointed a Service Provider for the Mayors West Yorkshire Victims Referral, Assessment and Local Support Service covering all districts: Bradford; Calderdale; Kirklees; Leeds and Wakefield.",
