    "description": "This Open Framework (\u0027OFW\u0027) Invitation for Tender is to Supply \u0026 Delivery of Moorland Plug Plants to delivery sites within the Peak District National Park and South Pennines SAC.\n2.\tThe OFW period shall be 15 September 2025 to 14 September 2031, subject to more than one provider being appointed to each Framework in the scheme of Frameworks (\"the OFW Period\").  . \n3.\tThe Material for the purposes of this OFW shall consist of moorland plug plants (\"Plug Plants\")\n4.\tThis OFW is divided into 2 Lots, bidders may bid for all or any of the following Lots:\n4.1.\tLot 1 - A quantity of up to 4,000,000 Plug Plants over 6 years (up to 600,000 per year)- over the OFW Period. It is anticipated that the requirement each year will be no less than 50,000 Plug Plants. \n4.2.\tLot 2 - A quantity of up to 300,000 Plug Plants over 6 years (up to 50,000 per year)- over the OFW Period. It is anticipated that the requirement each year will be no less than 5,000 Plug Plants.\n5.\tThe terms of the OFW are set out in Section 2 of the Invitation to Tender.\n6.\tThis Open Framework includes an immediate Call-Off competition (\"Further Competition\") for the supply of Plug Plants for MFF 163 01a Lot 1 (Years 1 and 2) and MFF 163 01b Lot2 (Years 1 and 2) as defined below;\n6.1.\tMFF163 01a Lot 1 up to 1,200,000 Plug Plants in Years 1 and 2\n6.2.\tMFF 163 01b Lot 2 up to 100,000 Plug Plants in Years 1 and 2.\nPlug plant specification\nThe following species are required:\na.
