Description

The Major Projects Leadership Academy (MPLA) is aimed at the key individuals in leadership roles, typically the Senior Responsible Owner and Project Director, who are accountable for the delivery of major projects on the GMPP. This training will allow the applicant to build capability across government and help deliver world class projects. It is aimed at Senior Civil Servants, Heads of Profession and programme directors.
