The delivery of Cleaning and Grounds Maintenance Services to schemes and estates owned and managed by Thrive Homes. Lot 1 was Cleaning Services with estimated annual value of 400,000.00 GBP. Lot 2 was Grounds Maintenance Services with estimated annual value of 300,000.00 GBP. Both contracts are subject to annual reviews by Thrive Homes, and are intended to run for a period of three years with the option for renewal for an extension of up to a further two years.
