This framework is designed to meet the essential needs of public sector contracting authorities for temporary housing and decant services.\nSelected suppliers will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive range of accommodation and decant solutions, including:\nA 24/7, year-round service for vetting, sourcing, and booking accommodation.\nProcurement of all necessary ancillary provisions, whether through hire or purchase.\nTenderers must demonstrate proven experience in supplying temporary accommodation to housing associations, local authorities, and comparable public sector organisations, along with the capacity to respond rapidly to emergency housing requirements.\nUnder this framework, suppliers may be called upon to provide a variety of temporary accommodation options and support services, such as:\nSelf-contained units (apartments and flats)\nServiced accommodation (house shares and guest houses)\nEmergency bed-and-breakfast arrangements\nFurniture hire, utilities management, and housekeeping\nWelfare support, lettings, and tenancy management\nWe welcome all qualified suppliers to submit their proposals in accordance with the specifications outlined in the Invitation to Tender (ITT) documentation.",
