The Healthy Knowsley Service is an integrated healthy lifestyle service, which ultimately aims to help Knowsley residents to live a healthy and happy life. The service includes provisions for adults, pregnant women, children, young people, and families. It offers personalised and tailored support in nutrition, healthy eating, weight management, physical activity, and oral health. We are looking to commission an experienced and high-quality provider(s) to design and deliver our 3 allotted services: • Healthy Knowsley for adults and pregnant women • Healthy Knowsley for children, young people, and families • Oral Health Improvement
