    "description": "The works required under this Contract, will include but are not limited to:\nFurther investigation such as Asbestos Refurbishment and Demolition surveys relevant to the areas of work, and CCTV drainage surveys of all above and below ground foul, surface water and rainwater drainage installations.\nExtensive concrete repairs to all exposed concrete.\nEncapsulating flat entrance door thresholds and creation of drainage channels.\nWaterproofing window cills.\nReplacement of all flashings associated with the walkways, balconies and staircases to provide a minimum 150mm upstand, including introduction of flashing where this is missing but needed.\nProtective anti-slip coverings to staircases and bridges.\nCyclical redecorations, repairs and washdown programme, including decoration of all previously painted surfaces and associated repairs.\nRemoval of polystyrene tiles and reinstatement with a suitably fire rated alternative to porch ceilings, walkways and balconies.\nReplace cracked/damaged Georgian wired glazing panels to walkways and balconies.\nLift and relay uneven paving slabs.\nThoroughly overhaul all windows and doors.\nInstallation/replacement of mechanical extract fans to kitchens and bathrooms.\nClearing and repairing all rainwater drainage goods.\nDamp and mould remedial works to specific flats.\nFurther works may become apparent as the contract progresses, and as such additional works may be instructed.",

    "submissionMethodDetails": "The Response to the Invitation to Tender (ITT - Open Procedure) must be completed and submitted electronically via the e-tendering portal (https://www.londontenders.org/) by the Deadline (12 noon, 2 September 2025).\nPlease ensure you answer and upload documents/data in the designated area and required format. The Authority cannot be held responsible for not viewing documents/data that are not uploaded in the correct area and format.\nAll Tender documents comprising the Tender must be completed in plain English.\nQuoted prices must be held for a period of 90 days following the tender Deadline.\nQuotations shall not be considered that are either received after the time stated for submission and/or not compliant with the Authority\u0027s instructions\nQuotations must be treated as private and confidential and organisations must not disclose the fact that they have been invited to quote.\nThe Tender must be clear, concise and complete. The Authority reserves the right to mark a Tenderer down or exclude them from the procurement if its Tender contains any ambiguities, caveats or lacks clarity. Any change in the eligibility of a Tenderer must be notified immediately to the Authority in writing and may result in that Tenderer being disqualified from any further participation in the procurement process.",
