The service relies on the input from other services such as hospitals, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, and mental health services.\u003cbr/\u003e4)\tImproving Access, Reducing Health Inequalities, and Facilitating Choice\u003cbr/\u003eFor the EC service, the patient will be visited at home \u2013 many of the patients have considerable mobility issues.
