Description
Derbyshire County Council are working collaboratively with the following Waste Collection Authorities , Amber Valley Borough Council, Derbyshire Dales District Council, Erewash Borough Council, South Derbyshire District Council And are inviting tender submissions for the provision of services for the reception and sustainable treatment of household and commercial food waste. The contract will be divided into four lots: • Lot 1 - Amber Valley Borough Council • Lot 2 - Derbyshire Dales District Council • Lot 3 - Erewash Borough Council • Lot 4 - South Derbyshire District Council The successful contractors will be required to receive and sustainably treat food waste collected from kerbside caddies and commercial premises within the relevant district or borough. Services must be delivered in full compliance with the requirements set out in the Service Specification and all applicable legislation.
