"awardCriteriaDetails": "2.2\tFor each Lot and/or Sub-Lot, the Authority may, at its sole discretion, appoint up to two (2) Providers. The appointment of a second Provider shall be determined entirely at the discretion of the Authority. Where two (2) Providers are appointed, they shall be the two (2) highest-scoring Tenderers following completion of the evaluation process. The highest-scoring Tenderer shall be awarded no less than fifty per cent (50%) of the total volume of work available under the relevant Lot and/or Sub-Lot. The balance of the work, if any, shall be allocated to the second-ranked Provider in such proportions and at such times as the Authority may determine."
