This includes proofing correspondences, validating the data and sending out the following:\n- Annual retention fee notices\n- Removal letters\n- Indemnity Notice of Erasure letters\n- Annual Practising Certificates\n- Registrant reminder letters\nThe Supplier will provide additional services, including:\n- A secure method for sharing registrant/mailing data\n- A forward on service\n- A business reply service\n- A process for providing weekly management reports to the GDC (as described in the\nService Level Agreement)\n- Ad-hoc registrant mailing\n- GDC stationery\n- Printing and sending of \u0027welcome packs\u0027 (including Standards of the Dental team book,\nregistration certificate and register leaflet items",
