The proposed contract is for a period of 4 months and is anticipated to run between 1 June 2025 and 30 September \n2025, aligning with the grant funding agreement terms. An option to extend until 31 March 2026 will be included in the contract, to be actioned only if the Funder agrees as a result of \nan extension to their funding agreement with the Department of Energy Security and Net Zero and upon the demonstration of good progress towards delivering the contract with the \nrequirement of additional time. The tender will be conducted by way of an RFQ exercise which is anticipated to be evaluated on the following methodology: 60% quality and 40% price with the contract being awarded to the Most Economically Advantageous Tender.",
