This with an aim to reduce the inequalities that exist and enable more relevant provision where indicated.\nThe projects will be collaborative in nature and benefit from RENS\u0027 welcoming culture and established community networks within North Somerset through trusted voices.\nUsing learning from a model similar to Gateshead- with our roles working similarly to community bridge builders. \nCHDW will be recruited on basis of skills and trust within communities of interest.\nRENS will use Health Creation approach which utilises a relational model based in a\ndeep community connection. This approach will aim to build agency and community\nstrength.\nRENS intend to use tools including ripple mapping to measure impact of this project.",
