Lot Description: Provision of a histology reporting service, providing a full diagnostic report on all samples submitted by the Authority.<br/><br/>The samples are to be submitted by provision of paper or electronic patient/case data in a format to be agreed by both parties and by the issuing of associated glass slides to the supplier, via a dedicated courier service provided by the supplier. An alternative process for submitting digital slides may be agreed between the Supplier and the Authority should relevant enabling technology be available.
