Description

H758 Capital Planned Works, including General Repairs and Improvement Works to Void and Tenanted Properties Dudley MBC is seeking interest in Contractors to provide a works contract which delivers Large-scale Capital Planned Works to include - Re-Render Programmes, Bathroom Renewal, Kitchen Replacement, Minor Works & Subsidence, External Facades (Roofing), Improvements to Stock Condition, Estate Improvements, Garage improvements ( Major Components, Re-Roof, demolition), and Higher Value strategic Void support (over £5K refurbishment) within the Borough of Dudley. A principal contractor will be appointed to carry out the whole of the works included within the contract.
