    "description": "The Council wishes to set up a Framework that will provide First Aid Training related courses. There will be one Lot, where the chosen Provider(s) will provide all courses mentioned below:\nPaediatric Emergency First Aid at Work (one day course)\nFirst Aid at Work (three-day course)\nEmergency First Aid at Work (one day course)\nIn addition to the training courses listed above, there will be a requirement for the Provider to include specialist content when required, such as but not limited to:\nAnaphylaxis management\nManaging catastrophic bleeding, and\nChoking rescue techniques in Learning Disabilities settings\nThe training is delivered on an \u0027as required\u0027 basis, and Providers should note there may be a need to deliver multiple courses at different venues across the Council on the same day. Training will be provided in Council premises i.e. libraries, schools, care homes etc. however, depending on course or team needs these may change during the course of the Framework Agreement, but will always remain within Council premises.\nThe Framework Agreement shall be for 3 years with an option to be extended for a further period of up to 12 months. A maximum of 3 providers will be appointed to the Framework.\nBusiness Wales are available to provide tendering support.
