    "description": "On 2nd August 2025 South Gloucestershire Council bought in house 4 Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRC) and 2 Transfer Stations, for the storage , processing and onwards disposing of both household waste and some commercial waste.\nSouth Gloucestershire Council sought a provider for Insurance through an open tender procurement process, for which there were no bids received. Following the unsuccessful tender process the Council instructed Gallagher Insurance Broker to seek proposals from insurance providers for General Property cover relating to all waste sites.\nSouth Gloucestershire Council have awarded the contract through the Insurance Broker Gallagher to Corniche Underwriting Ltd, trading as Recyclesure.",
