Somerset Council is seeking to acquiring the services of a Transformation Partner Consultancy to assist the Council to provide 1) Assurance and Review of our existing transformation initiatives 2) Identification of further Opportunities to streamline processes, systems, reduce costs, increase revenue, reduce demand, identify alternative efficient ways of working etc. and potentially implement such changes on approval of a individual business cases 3) the development of a Cultural Development Programme and implementation of such a programme across the Council
