Description
NIE Networks now wishes to award a Framework Agreement for Temporary Traffic Management Services; The Temporary Traffic Management service will facilitate NIE Networks’ internal work requirements associated with: • Provision of New Customer Connections • Asset Installation/Replacement/Upgrade Works • Fault & Emergency Response These services will include: • pre-site planning • design and production of traffic management plans • setting up of traffic management arrangements, on site management of such arrangements and removal of same upon completion of the works • signing, lighting and guarding in accordance with Chapter 8 of the Traffic Signs Manual including provision of traffic controls and lane/road closures • full end to end management of street works in accordance with legislative requirements.
