Lot Description: Provision of renewal and heavy maintenance of track and track bed formation, initially on London Underground network only, but potentially in future on TfL's Elizabeth Line, Trams, Dockland Light Railway & London Overground networks by contract variation. Scope includes: - Rail heavy maintenance - Rail replacement - Spot sleepering - Tube Reconditioning Services - Fettling & packing - Rail stressing - Conductor rail heavy maintenance, replacement and conversion - Flat Bottom Conversion - Topological surveys - Points and crossings heavy maintenance and replacements - Rectification of wet beds - Replacement of geotextile membrane - Removal of scrap materials - Track drainage and treatments to deal with wet track. - Compacting new ballast, checking and resetting the track line, level and cant - Track surveys including CCTV pipe surveys to check condition of existing drainage systems. Additional information: Individual contracts will be awarded following a mini-competition process.
