This will be a one way communication with no questions taken**\nITT comprising of a qualification, technical and commercial envelope. Candidate\u2019s must satisfy the conditions of participation in order to participate in the Procurement and have their ITT submission evaluated. A minimum pass mark of 50% will be applied to the technical envelope in Stage 1. The four (4) highest scoring tenderers following the ITT will be progressed to Stage 2. Stage 2 comprises of Supplier presentations that will be held at a Network Rail office with the location to be advised in due course. The tenderers score from the presentation will be combined with their original score from Stage 1 to produce a Final Tender Score."
