The recoating service will be performed offsite at the supplier\u0027s facilities.\nThe contract will be awarded through a flexible competitive procedure under the Procurement Act 2023, with a planned duration of four years and an option to extend for an additional two years. The estimated total contract value is \u00a3598,482 (excluding VAT), covering both fleets and including a 10% risk allowance.\nThis procurement supports TfL\u0027s sustainability objectives through the integration of the CO\u2082 Performance Ladder, which will be embedded in both evaluation and contract management. Bidders will be assessed on their carbon reduction plans and certification levels, with sustainability performance influencing the commercial evaluation.\nThe tender aims to diversify the supplier base, reduce reliance on a single provider, and achieve value for money through volume leverage, long-term partnerships, and optimised delivery scheduling.
