The refurbishment and development of this historic building and site will offer a really exciting opportunity to create a sector-leading business school, whilst conserving and renewing a significant, historic building in Bangor.The project aims to focus on refurbishing the historic asset, whilst extending to include a purpose-built vibrant Business School, to enhance the visitor, student and staff experience, and in turn entice future students and staff to the University. The University has evaluated tenders received and is now issuing a contract award notice.",
