Following the adoption of the Indoor Sports Facilities Strategy in 2017, there have been changes to the indoor sports facility landscape, demand for sports facilities, and local authority priorities regarding health and wellbeing. Therefore, the Authority is seeking to commission the development of a new Indoor Sports Facility Strategy which will guide the future provision and management of Indoor sports facilities across North East Lincolnshire. The Authority is using Sport England's Active Environment Framework to run a Mini-Competition amongst framework providers for this requirement.
