    "description": "Bidders are invited to submit a tender for the renewal of fixed built in storage cupboards. The scope of the project is fully described in Appendix 1 but in summary the scope is:\n\u2022 Completely replace the built in cupboards along both sides of the sports hall\n\u2022 Carefully remove all contents within the cupboards and dispose of away from site.\n\u2022 Carefully remove rainwater goods set aside and refix after roofing works\n\u2022 Fully protect all floor coverings through the entire building, whilst work is being carried out.\n\u2022 Allow for removing and refitting all service cables, electrical, alarm, cctv etc., and fittings, including for providing certification upon completion of the work.\n\u2022 Remove and refit any fire equipment and signage etc.,\n\u2022 Carefully replace existing cupboards and structural timber grounds with new as specified. \n\u2022 Ensure all work is always segregated from building users at all times, including the use of barriers as may be required.\n\u2022 Allow for any trims which may be required to complete the project.\n\u2022 All works must be carried out and be completed between 27th October and 14th November 2025.\n\u2022 All dimensions given are for guidance only and the contractor is responsible for taking his own site dimensions for fabricating and fitting purposes.\nFull details can be found in the ITT",
