    "description": "Nexus will be tendering for a Road Rail Vehicle with Elevating Work Platform in the next few months. \nDue to concerns with previous tenders around the safety of the specification Nexus are seeking to engage with the market and increase confidence in the specification. \nNexus are seeking a replacement Road-Rail Vehicle (RRV) fitted with a scissor lift, primarily used by our Overhead Line Equipment (OLE) team as an elevated working platform. The current vehicle\u0027s large, stable platform enables multiple team members to work simultaneously at height, while its compact chassis is particularly well-suited for operations within the tunnel network.
